Official warranty

Every product page shows the warranty period. Warranty is provided by the brand or its official distributor in Bangladesh, and we help you with every claim.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

What is not covered

• Physical damage, burn marks, liquid damage or broken seals.
• Damage from unofficial repairs, wrong chargers or voltage fluctuation.
• Normal wear such as scratches or reduced battery capacity over time.

How to claim

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Keep the invoice and the box — they are required for warranty service. Typical service time is 7–15 working days.
