7-day replacement guarantee

If your product arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, we will replace it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The product, box, accessories, manuals and free gifts must be complete and in their original condition.
• Physical damage, liquid damage or damage caused by misuse is not covered.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for opened electronics.
• Software issues that can be fixed by an update or reset are handled under warranty.

How to request a replacement

1. Contact us with your order number and photos or a short video of the problem.
2. We confirm eligibility within 1–2 working days.
3. Send the product back (inside Dhaka we can arrange pickup) or bring it to our office.
4. We inspect it and ship the replacement. If the item is out of stock, we refund the full amount.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad or card) within 7–10 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bKash/Nagad or bank transfer.
